2. When GW Bush left office, the national debt was $10,626,877,048,913.08 (1/20/2009, Barack Obama started with this number.)
3. When Barack Obama left office, the nation debt was $19,944,429,217,106.77 (1/20/2017, Donald Trump started with this number.)

BUT WHO ACTUALLY SPENDS MONEY? -----> CONGRESS
So which political party controlled Congress during these years?

So if you don't like the national debt, please, PLEASE call your congressman or congresswoman. Presidents just sign a pile of paper.
